Welcome to the U.S.S. Gladiator!
Gladiators were masters of the arena and fought to win the favor of the Gods, in the hopes of one day obtaining their freedom. They were battle hardened warriors who knew nothing of fear and showed their bravery with the clash of their swords and the primal rage of a fearsome beast.
The starship Gladiator carries that same courage through her crew's struggles and triumphs. Having been originally designed to help put an end the Dominion War and used to deter several agressive species from bringing harm to the Alpha Quadrant, her namesake is a testament to her perseverance and her crew's ability to adapt and overcome countless odds in the face of impossibility.
Current Mission / Message In A Bottle :

*lets out a breath*
It is with deepest regrets that I announce that Commander William Harrison has notified me that he is standing down as XO of the USS Gladiator due to personal, RL stresses.
I feel that I speak on behalf of us all that we wish him the absolute best and offer that there is always a seat onboard should he ever wish to come back.
This leaves me at abit of a cross roads as it means that I find myself without a XO once again....Lads am I really that hard to hard alongside :P
At this moment in time, I have no idea what I will do except to keep pushing forward at this moment intime. We have a mission to finish out and also and alt universe to transit to.
Given our high turn over of XO's, I want to really take time to think things over and consider how things stand. We can't keep up this situation where we loose an XO every 2-3 months as it's difficult on all of us to say good bye to one and help another settle in. I know that some of you would willingly step forward and I invite you to do so if you wish. I can sit down with you and have a conversation to see if we can make things work and take it from there.
In the meantime, I ask you to bare with me as obviously this means that I am taking on all of the workload once again and my own RL right now is stressful for me.
Focus right now is getting this briefing finished up and then I will be sitting down with a few of you to introduce the transition into the new universe.
As always, you know where I am if you have any questions, queries or concerns.
Kind regards,
Captain Katelyn Quinn M.D.

Hey all,
Just to let you know, I am going on a brief vacation, leaving later today. I will try to get all my tags answered before I go. I will be gone for only a few days but I do not know if I will have time to answer tags and such, so my responses will be intermittent. I will request an LOA and see you all at the latest on Wednesday. Later!

Hey,
It is with deepest regret that I must advise the Lieutenant Joseph Swift (Seph) has had to leave the SIMM due to real life constraints.
After being with us over a year now, Seph was a valued member of this crew and will be missed with all.
Good luck with where ever live takes you Seph and remember that there is always a place available should you feel that the time is right to come back to us.
Kind regards,
Captain Katelyn Quinn M.D.
